BC³ is headed up by Declan Weyers, who holds a Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and has more than 18 years’ experience in the Built Environment Sector working for and with Contractors to fulfil the role of Estimator, Commercial Manager and Construction Cost Specialist at various reputable national and global firms.
